Epicor Announces Free DocStar ECM Mobile App

Epicor Software Corporation announced it’s availability of DocStar ECM Mobile App on on the App Store and Google Play. DocStar® Mobile App complements the DocStar enterprise content management (ECM) and process automation platform.

With the DocStar ECM mobile app, users are enabled to access DocStar ECM anytime, anywhere. Workers are connected to business content, processes, and coworkers which allows for a higher level of business collaboration amongst employees while also empowering users to be more responsive and productive.  DocStar ECM Mobile app’s features and functionality include:

  • Search and retrieve any authorized document
  • View document index data
  • View document in full screen mode with zoom
  • Engage in document approval workflows right from automated email links
  • Collaborate by sending secure email links or attachments using your contacts.

The DocStar ECM Mobile App is secure as access is granted using a unique RRL or a password-protected, ecrypted attachment. Users will enjoy their tasks being streamlined, such as being able to access workflow approval from their mobile devices. DocStar provides time-stamped audit trails which makes the DocStart ECM product in compliance with corporate governance requiements.
