Role Summary / Purpose

In this role you will be a primary point of contact for our valued clients and a liaison between our clients and consultants. Your responsibilities will include working closely with our ERP Consultants in managing Epicor Kinetic, on-premises, or hybrid implementation projects and also the first point of contact for our Help Desk. To be successful, you will need to have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, work well with teams, keep people on task, provide management with regular status updates and enjoy interacting with people.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop a project plan for implementations
  • Accurately estimate a variety of project tasks
  • Understand and establish priorities
  • Identify resource requirements and assign consultants to project
  • Monitor performance of project tasks
  • Access and manage risks
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time
  • Anticipate issues or conditions that may impact the original estimate or project budget
  • Review and compile consultant reports and expenses
  • Prepare Project Activity reports in a timely manner
  • Document project meetings
  • Compile meeting minutes and project deliverables

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Familiar with MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
  • Quick learner
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Must be a customer centric team player and possess a positive attitude
